Dips or sauces pretty much go with any of the side dishes or fresh vegetables etc. I chose to serve this dip with Zucchini Fritters. It was a perfect combination! Here is the simple recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek or regular yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- Fresh lemon juice to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Take a bowl and add all the ingredients and whisk it well. Taste and adjust salt & pepper as desired.
- Refrigerate and serve
